It shows the scene as Jessica is full of twelve.

Lionel hears someone coming up the stairs. He jostles Jessica out of the bed, screaming at her:

“Hide yourself! Take your clothes!”

He hectically throws the clothes towards her. Jessica tries to hide under the bed but… it’s too late. Mike opens the door, seeing Lionel, and beats him in the face, so fast that Lionel can’t react for the first time, and so hard, that he topples down.

Jessica’s crying, she puts on her clothes, while Mike tries to calm her.

“Nothing will happen to you, don’t worry!”

Lionel tries to rise again. Mike takes Lionel’s jacket, searching for his gun. As he found it, he points it Lionel. (There are some kids outside, trying to understand what happens. They’re quiet.)

That’s the moment which makes Mike get crazy. There’s hate and aggression in his face, in his eyes. His gaze is empty, but his mind is full of sadness because of Charlie’s dead and all he wanna do is to kill Lionel, to get back at him. He’s to blame. Mike’s thought are completely confused:

“My mom, she’s dead. Why?…Dad, doesn’t really take care…Charlie, my cousin…my best friend, the guy with whom I grew up…The person who’s guilty!…Wait for my revenge, damn pussy, you won’t survive this!”

While these four seconds of thinking, Mike is still pointing at Lionel, who’s a bit scared. Suddenly, without saying anything, he shoots him in the knee, what makes Lionel to fall down, screaming in agony pain. Mike shouts at him:
“Suffer, dirty bastard! I like to see you this way and I think you know exactly why!”

Lionel stammers: “He was high, he pointed first…I mean,…I didn’t wanna kill…”

“Shut up!” Mike interrupts him and shoots him in the head. The floor turned red, there was blood overall. He puts the gun on the floor and approaches to Jessica, who’s still crying, standing shocked in the corner of the room.

“Chill, try to calm yourself. He’s dead and he’ll never kill anybody again. And believe it or not, it’s better. He was a danger!” Mike says, crying for Charlie, shocked of the blood which runs from Lionel’s head through his feet, but a bit self-content of what he did because Lionel got his fair punishment.

Mike and Jessica go out of the room, seeing the other kids totally confused and surprised with scared faces, standing behind the door outside the room. Mike tries to explain what happened but they’re too beside themselves to listen to him. Someone of them called the police and as Mike and Jessica go downstairs the police catches them. All kids have to come with them to the police office at witnesses. And in the end, Mike is arrested and has to go to prison, but he has his peace of mind.

For some teenagers New Year`s Eve ended in a massacre. Before the shots, the party, which took place in a Upper East Side` house, was going on until a fight started at an upper floor of the building. This fight, in that only one of hte fighter s was hurt, activated the whole massacre. Two shots fell. According to witness starement the brother of the guy having the party last night ran out of his room and shot many of his brother`s guests. After shooting the people inside the house he tried to flee. Coming out of the building he got shot by the police.

When the police entered the party they got to see young shocked people under the influence of drugs. In the room of the shooter many chinese weapons could be assured. The parents of him, who celebrated New Year`s Eve somewhere else, have no idea, why their son was able to do this. Finding out that reason, is now the assignment of the police.
